Marnie will guide you into a meditation to calm your mind and body to prepare for the high frequency of your Reiki attunement. You will feel the shift in your body.

Learn how to fill yourself with the pure love of the Universe using a Reiki self-treatment. By familiarizing yourself with the hand you will be prepared to give treatments to others.

Become familiar with the energy centers of your body, what emotions they hold, where they are located in the body, and what gemstones are associated with them.

Now that you have experienced Reiki it is time to build the power you hold by adding the Reiki power symbol. In this module, you will now see how you can extend Reiki's healing light and love into all aspects of your life. Be ready to be amazed at your newly acquired skills.

Now that you know how the attunement feels see if you can sense more. Even if you feel nothing, as I did when I was attuned in Germany, the attunement works. You will be guided in a meditation to relax your mind and body. This process will connect you to channeling Reiki light and love.

Because a massage table is not always available, learning to give Reiki while your client is in a chair will be helpful. The hand positions are similar to when they are on a massage table and the sessions will be shorter.

Invite a friend or family member to be part of this module. Tell them they will be receiving love directed into their body to balance their physical and well as their emotional being.

You may invite a new person to receive Reiki in this module or use the same one as before. At the end of this session, you will be fully trained in how to give and receive Reiki.
